- I am a proud pet owner of animals who were either rescued, adopted and have made their journey to our family pack .Our newest family member is a 4 yr old female Sharpei .Molly is very adorable,intelligent and loves to socialize.We call her our little peace maker due to her Motherly instinctive ability to come between quarreling animals and have them surrender in a peaceful manner.I also have 3 cats Leo,Cleo and Cameron all adopted from Shelters as kittens,2 birds Rosie and Mel 7 and 5 yrs old and finally a 20 yr old turtle given to me by a North American Native friend we are both from the Turtle clan.Gandalf was a gift in welcoming a new Princess to the Turtle Clan (the birth of my only daughter Leah).I am a member of The Fort William First Nations.Proud parent of 2 Princes and a Princess.My soul mates of 35 yrs is very supportive of my passions ,beliefs and Family and love of animals.I' am a volunteer for a Non Profit Animal Shelter run strictly by Love and volunteers.I am an Animal and Peace Activist and each day is another day yet to be discovered

Been a while since I left an update on everyone's page, so I thought I would take some time and share what's been happening on PLP.We have a really unique contest that I am hoping that people join in on. It's really not so much a contest as it is a way for us to create a calendar to share all of our pet pictures. Check it out by going .

Ning has added a lot of new features, and some things they have taken away. Let's get to the fun part first! We can now add "system wide" apps that everyone can use. I'm still trying to figure out what would be fun, but, one thing I did add is a games page. The games page can be found under the Community menu and it's the last option -- or, just click Here
. If anyone has used the apps before, and has a recommendation, just let me know.
One of the things that was removed was our ability to invite other Ning friends to our community. If you are a member of other pet sites and want to invite your friends here, just log on to www.ning.com. You will see all of the sites that you belong to by clicking on "Social Networks".
Once you are on the page where PLP displays, select "Recommend" and you can then recommend PLP to your friends from other Ning sites or to our little home. We really appreciate it when you invite other folks to join our community. We only grow by word of mouth and appreciate the support.
0Here's my attempt at creating new friendships and/or just sharing a tidbit about me. I am going to be a Grandma soon -- actually, very soon. The baby's due date is July 4th.
