We used to have cats and loved them but as we started taking in stray dogs as the cats died off we didn't replace them. I do have a ferral calico on my front porch who I trapped, spayed and released. She has a nice warm house and food and water on the front porch. She won't let me touch her but she knows she is safe here.

we have only two cats now, TM, and Charlie, all of whom we love, of course. love all animals and once had a skunk family eating from the cat dishes, they were polite skunks. (we had more cats then), not this house where we are now, however. (Princess is no longer with us, but in heaven)
Oh, now we have 4 cats, TM, Charlie, Blackie & Goldie (the one with no tail!)

Where is your own piece of paradise?

right here in this beautiful valley, once described as a 'bowl of beauty' (and it really is that), with big trees, lovely mountains, fresh breathable air, drinkable water and beautiful people, mostly native people whom we love
