I dont mean to spam, and I hope this wont be considered spamming but my rescue is in this american's favorite animal shelter contest and I'd love to see if you are willing to help us win by voting for us. I work with a lot of animals and what makes my rescue unique is that we also work with deaf animals.

Thank you for your friendship and for welcoming me. I'm looking forward to getting to know you and being an active part of this group. I love meeting fellow business owners. I own an internet business and I'm preparing to open my private detective agency again after taking some time off and moving to a new state. Greetings!
What a great idea, Colleen. So many of us are really hunkering down, now, trying to keep our small (or large) businesses afloat in troubled economic times.
I have been laid-off from 2 different jobs in the past year, jobs that enabled me to keep the bills paid while maintaining the true work of my heart and soul, creative jewelry design and assembly.

There is a lot of beautiful, original and affordable handmade work out there. I envision a renaissance of the crafts just over the horizon, as people learn, again, to cherish the things that American artists make and grow weary of cheaply manufactured, mass-produced stuff imported from overseas.

All we are really lacking is the power of collective marketing and mutual support. So many of us work alone and have no back-up. The politics and economics of division have kept us down for way too long.
Let's make a change- right now- and see what a little co-operation can do for all of us.
Thanks for starting this site. I'm looking forward to adding my ideas and goodwill to this new and very important venture!
