This is a picture of Lilly our first Great Pyrenees we adopted her from a sheep farm before she turned 2 yrs old. We lost her to bone cancer when she was just a little over 5 yrs of age. She is with our Granddaughter in this picture. Lilly was a very special girl as in her short time on this earth she contributed so much to our lives and we will always miss her. She lives on in our hearts. Gladys,(Happy)

Hi guys, I have 2 German Shepherds & they pretty much have the run of the house. I love on acreage so there is plenty of room for them. I would love to get more.

This is my big girl sara. She's only 1-1/2 yrs. old and she sure can get rowdy. I don't have much of a yard for her to run in right now, so she gets her running done in the house going back and forth using the sofa and my bed as a springboard. Always have to put the sheets back on the bed, lol

have to share this with big dog lovers. took all three dogs for walk at same time by myself (crazy i know) at the last of our walk we go by the local motel here and my oldest dante decides he is going to get tangled in the underbrush (not usual for him) and out of the motel comes this lady with her german shephard. at this point i have control till dante sees them at which time he takes off . of course untangling himself and away i go with three dogs running full tilt. lol the lady has a leader dog thank god because he just sat down and waited till they got to him. i thought for sure i was going down face first but i did not. i gained composure and got the two young ones settled mean while dante and the leader were playing while i talked to the lady. ok so what is my point. leader dogs are trained in such a way that they can withstand any kind of surprise that comes there way. this i did not know. thank you for the lesson now i hope to get mine under control. usually i can stop them but this time it was in the fate of the almighty. thought i would share a laugh with everyone. and let them know what leader dog training is all about. i however am no expert. but i was so totally impressed.
