What are your pets cute little quirks that make him/her special?

I used to have a poodle that would constantly bite at his tongue;nobody ever knew why and he became infamous for it in our neighborhood-so much so, that I wanted to have him stuffed and motorized at death so he could continue to make us laugh as he always did!
Does your pet do anything unusual, or just something special that you know what it means but no one else?

There was a study done on this head turning from side to side on dogs...they say it is when your dog is not understanding what is being said and trying to understand it. Ever notice they'll do this w/strange sounds or even flicker of lights..

Rusty throws his treats up in the air & talks to his treats & looks at you with a sideways glance, as if he is talking to you & you have to keep a conversation going, or else he stops & comes up on the couch & gives me that cocked eyed look as if to say "What? Don't you understand doggy talk?"...

My female pit bull talks to me. I'll ask her if she loves me and she will bark twice. Then I'll ask her how much she loves momma and she will bark twice again. She'll keep barking her answer to me as long as I keep asking her. She's so cute!! This pic is of her- I snapped it just in time to catch her talking to me!!

Hee Hee Hee...I loved reading these and thought I should share Max's little "quirk". Max is a creature of habit, just like me! He has a bed in the livingroom, his crate in the guest bedroom (which he rarely goes in) and then his other bed at the foot of our bed. When we go to bed, so does Max. He follows into the bedroom, gets on the bed with us and snuggles for a bit before deciding it's his bedtime too. Then off he hops onto his bed. I, of course get up, and in the winter/cooler nites, I cover him up with his blankies. Sometimes, in the middle of the nite, Max will come over to my side of the bed and "paw" at it until I wake up. He then scurries back onto his bed, awaiting for me to cover him back up! He must move around enuf to make the covers come off and I think he gets chilly! LOL! Then the grand finale; most mornings, like clockwork, at about 4:30 (we get up at 5:00 am), Max comes to my side of the bed, and once again "paws" to wake me up, he then stands there until I pick him up and put him in the bed in between us! He stays in the bed with Chris until he gets up and then they both come join me for coffee! Oh how I love my puplette! :)
